Vaccine Supply & Delivery
As demand for poultry vaccines grows in a thriving industry, our team is dedicated to meeting our customers’ needs. The delicate process of biologics manufacturing, storage, and transport requires an agile, responsive network of supply chain experts. We maintain constant communication across all parties to forecast demand, understand capacity, and deliver product around the world.
Distribution of Vaccines
To ensure timely distribution of vaccines, we have a dedicated delivery network that extends from manufacturing to the administration of our products. Our distribution centers are located in major poultry producing areas for added convenience.
Boehringer Ingelheim area service technicians deliver containers of vaccines directly to individual hatcheries and monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate quantity and rotation of vaccines. These highly-trained representatives service equipment and liquid nitrogen tanks at each hatchery. In addition, vaccinators are inspected and calibrated with minor repairs and routine preventive maintenance carried out on-site.
